Vornado Realty Trust revamped a 1960s Park Avenue tower and created a half dozen terraces from setbacks that once stored mechanical equipment. Plantus was brought in to enhance the substantial upgrades by incorporating plantscaping for the lobby and terraces and has provided maintenance, including seasonal rotations for the exterior planters, since 2016.
